The Native 5 Lightweight is one of
Spyderco's all-time great designs, now made even better with lightweight
FRN handles and premium S30V cutlery steel. Created with the Crucible
Particle Metallurgy (CPM) process, this super steel offers greater
performance than traditionally made steels.
The leaf shaped blade
of the Native 5 features a full flat grind (preferred by many for its
slicing performance) and a full length swedge to aid in cutting
efficiency by reducing drag during use. It opens easily thanks to
Spyderco's Trademark Round Hole, and a strong back lock keeps it secure
during use.
To ensure easy carry of this superlative EDC knife,
Spyderco has equipped the Native 5 with lightweight and strong FRN
handles. Bi-directional texturing provides all the grip you need, even
in wet or grimy environments. Thanks to jimping and an integrated finger
choil that extends usable handle length, the user can choke up on the
blade for fine control of the Native's acute point. A four-position
stainless steel clip, allowing for a multitude of carry options
completes this lightweight Spyderco Native 5.
