Spyderco Manix 2 Black

The Manix 2 has garnered positive feedback since its release in 2010. This particular model features an all-black design, complete with a DLC (diamond-like coating) black blade, black screws, and a black silhouette pocket clip. It is equipped with the Ball Bearing Lock, which consists of a hardened, free-floating ball bearing housed in a custom high-tech polymer cage. This round ball bearing allows the lock to self-adjust across a large surface, ensuring a smooth and consistent locking mechanism that inspires solid confidence.

The matte black, non-reflective S30V blade is flat-ground and features aggressive thumb serrations (jimping) above a generously sized 14mm Spyderco Round Hole. The full-length internal liners are scalloped around the edges, extending slightly beyond the G-10 handle scales, which adds jimping to a significant portion of the handle's perimeter. The three-screw clip is ambidextrous, allowing for left or right-hand carry, and positions the folder tip-up when in use.
