The blade of this knife is crafted from CPM-S90V stainless steel, featuring a full-flat grind and a tumbled finish.

Complementing the blade is an ergonomically designed handle, which includes a titanium scale on one side and a solid carbon fiber scale with a nested stainless steel liner on the other. The titanium scale is "webbed" to minimize weight and serves as the foundation for the knife's Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism, which incorporates a durable stainless steel interface. Both scales are meticulously machined with the intricate "drunken" texture that inspired the knife's name, and they are further enhanced by a matching colour-anodized backspacer, pivot assembly, and a right-side, tip-up pocket clip.
