The BTI Halligan tool head is cast in HRc-34-36 hardened steel that is
QPQ treated for durability and strength. The hardened blade of the
halligan head is cast thin for quicker, precise sets into a door or
burglar bar frame. The handle is made from chromoly steel.
The
BTI Halligan Tool is a precision tool designed primarily to defeat
burglar bars. The thin blade allows it to be placed between the burglar
bar door and frame then pry the frame away from the locking mechanism by
torquing the handle clockwise or counterclockwise to separate the frame
from the door hasp. The BTI Halligan can also be used in the place of a
fire fighter Halligan. It is ideal for gaping procedures taught by
firemen. You may also like our El Llave (KEY) and Open Sez Me (OSM)
